DOMENICK PERONTI

Broker / Owner
Domenick has been involved in the real estate industry for over 40 years. He has extensive experience and knowledge in sales and leasing of commercial properties, land development, new home construction, investment property analysis, and property management.

Domenick is a licensed Broker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Delaware Association of Realtors (DAR), New Castle County Board of Realtors (NCCBOR), and Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAOR).

CHRISTINA PERONTI

Partner
After graduating from the University of Delaware, Christina began her career at IPS in 2004, managing over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space, apartments, and warehouses. As a licensed commercial real estate agent, she helped entrepreneurs find the perfect location to start or expand their business.

Christina now heads the Property Management Division, focusing on Condominium and Homeowners Associations. This highly specialized field requires expertise in DUCIOA regulations, financial reporting, vendor management, resale document preparation, resident communication, and Board proceedings. Christina and her staff support over 50 communities in Delaware and nearby Pennsylvania and Maryland counties.

As a native Delawarean, Christina and her family are life-long residents of New Castle County. She and her husband, Kevin, support a number of local organizations and their children enjoy multiple sports.

DINO PERONTI

Partner
Dino is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Operations Management. He has been instrumental in enhancing and maintaining IPS systems capabilities, including the migration to Buildium – a leader in the property management software industry.

Dino’s focus is on the seamless transition of new communities, the support and training of current and incoming Board Members, and making sure our communications are clear and responsive. He also manages several IPS communities.

Dino lives in Hockessin with his wife and daughter. He and his family enjoy the outdoors, including surf fishing on Delaware beaches.

DOMENICK MICHINI

Domenick Michini

Domenick has been licensed in Commercial Real Estate since 2002. After a successful career in  commercial heavy equipment leasing, real estate seemed a logical progression. He has been bringing buyers and sellers together ever since.  He continues to represent a number of industrial property owners for leasing.

Domenick’s specialty is selling commercial properties and apartment buildings to investors, then acting as the leasing agent on their behalf. He also helps land owners navigate the zoning challenges of developing, and brings interested buyers to the table.

Domenick and his wife, Kathy, live in Wilmington. In his spare time, you can find Domenick on the golf course.

Ed Wasno

Ed entered the Commercial Real Estate profession in 2008 after a 35-year career as a partner in a 5-store retail chain. This foundation of commercial management provides Ed’s clients with valuable insight into every facet of their transaction – from initial property inspection to finalizing a sale, purchase, or lease.

Ed and his wife, Kay, live in Landenberg, PA where they enjoy gardening and hiking. Their love of travel has taken them to 20+ international destinations, 55 National Parks, and all 50 states.

Ed prides himself in honest dealings and the desire to contribute to his clients’ success.

KEVIN CLARK

Kevin Clark

Kevin’s focus is on commercial real estate sales – particularly small specialty businesses such as car repair, mechanical HVAC, gas stations, lawn centers, etc. These clients can benefit from Kevin’s background in large-scale building maintenance and construction when completing their due diligence. He can help you find the right building to start or expand your business.

Kevin is an avid sports fan and coaches his children’s sports teams. He lives in Hockessin with his wife, Christina, and their three children.

Fran Simeone

Fran works with buyers and sellers of Sussex County commercial real estate, unimproved land, and investment properties. Using his prior experience in the Energy Services industry, Fran assists his clients in evaluating a building’s energy efficiency and operation. He can also provide information on potential grants and loans available for energy upgrades.

Fran and his wife, Debbie, live in Millsboro, Delaware. In his spare time, you will find Fran surf fishing, or volunteering his time with many non-profits, including First Tee and Delaware Parks & Recreation.

Mary Bolt

Mary manages some of our larger communities in northern New Castle County. She brings solid vendor management expertise from years of owning her own small businesses. Residents benefit from her ‘get it done’ attitude.

Mary is a people person and strives to exceed her board members’ expectations by always acting with integrity and transparency in all situations.

Mary and her husband, Tim, live near Avondale, PA, with their 3 children. Mary recognizes the challenges of juggling multiple projects, and works to relieve her board members of the everyday tasks needed to keep their communities happy.

BRYAN LOOKUP

Bryan Lookup

Bryan is located in our Lewes office and manages our communities in Kent and Sussex Counties. This is a growing region with much new construction. Bryan is experienced in builder/developer needs, including transition to the homeowners association, board elections, and required state filings.   

For established communities, Bryan is able to guide his active-lifestyle communities through their unique challenges - including part-time residents, short term rentals, and amenity oversight; while also servicing a number of family-oriented communities.

Bryan lives in Rehoboth Beach and enjoys traveling, golf, and boating.

KIM ANDERSON

 Assistant Manager

Kim Anderson

Kim joined IPS in 2015, and has worked in a variety of roles over the years. She is our resident expert when it comes to governing documents, architectural requests, and maintenance issues.  Residents appreciate the extra care she gives to requests and special projects.

Kim supports our Property Managers, and coordinates projects from small maintenance items to large plans for future development, preservation and growth.  She keeps board members and residents up to date on upcoming projects, landscaping schedules, inspections, and other maintenance projects.

Kim lives in Wilmington with her husband and two daughters.  Kim’s energy meets the demands of the active lifestyle our client communities enjoy.
