If you have never used HomeWiseDocs before, here’s what to expect when you visit HomeWiseDocs:

You’ll need to Sign Up and create an account. This is separate from your HOA login.

You’ll receive an email to confirm your account before you can proceed.

Once you’re confirmed, log in, select your Transaction Type and Continue to order DE Required Resale Disclosure Package: Resale Certificate, Association Documents Bundle:

HERE’S THE INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

  • Address – enter HOA name and search, or enter street address directly
  • Sale Price
  • Estimated Closing Date
  • Seller’s information
  • Accurate Buyer’s Information
  • Does the buyer intend to move into the subject address?
  • Email addresses of up to 10 document recipients
  • Make payment using credit card, check, or e-check
  • All documents will be emailed to the address(es) provided.
  • Bound hard copy is available for additional $45. Flash drive is $30. These are not required.

Standard Turnaround Time is 7 – 10 business days.

Expedited Service is available for an additional fee if you need your docs in less than 10 days.

Accurate Buyer Information ensures delivery of important transaction notices, association information, and assessment details. Incomplete or inaccurate Buyer’s Information may result in this order being delayed or canceled.

JUST NEED A LENDER QUESTIONNAIRE?

If you are only requesting a Lender Questionnaire, select that item and proceed with your order. You will be asked if you require the Standard Questionnaire for $155, or a Lender-Specific Questionnaire which is only available for the qualified lenders listed. There is an additional $60 fee.
