First Time Logging In?
- If you are new to Buildium, click the Sign up link to create an account.
- Enter the email address that you provided at settlement – or included on the IPS info sheet.
- Enter your home address. These two pieces of information must be in our system in order to identify you in our system.
- If the system finds you, you will be asked to create a password.
- Follow the instructions for the length and type of characters that can be used in your password. This will be your login credentials.

If you are not able to log in, it may be because we do not have your correct email address.
If you are a new resident, be sure that your real estate agent or lawyer forwarded your settlement documents to us.
